It's approved, but the approval has nothing to do with you, it's an exemption for them to have receipts to back up P11Ds at year end.

You can't take any more (or less) money out because they have such an approval, and it's no different to or better than any other similar company. As it stands, this is very misleading if you don't know the background.

Given that most umbrella users are probably not up to speed on these matters...
