    The correct answer is...

"I used to be conceited but now I'm absolutely perfect".

Garlic... I'm not big on crucifixes either....
And the lord said unto John; "come forth and receive eternal life." But John came fifth and won a toaster.

        OK, how about something like:
“This is question is often asked and is becoming a tired cliché. Not every aspect of my skill set is perfect; there is inevitably some distribution in the level of each of my skills. As and when I find a skill lacking I make every effort to correct the matter. Identifying where I am lacking in skill level depends on those challenges I face.”
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I've only been asked that once in a contract interview and I refused to answer it as not relevant.

When I had this I told the truth - within reason .

"My biggest weakness is I hate doing fiddly admin tasks. I'm much more of a hands on technical person so it is frustrating to spend time form filling. It's not something I'll ever enjoy but at the same time I realise it's often necessary so I just get on with it and do it."

Which is true. Well ok my biggest weakness is laziness but don't think that would go down well.

Yes I did. Although I think it was more to do with a weak interviewer than me being an arrogant tw@t!!
