Hiring Third Party Supplier Via Ltd Co

Situation is clientco where I am currently on contract have a need for a specialist technology skillset, as they do not have this in house currently.

In my previous role I used a third party supplier who provided exactly the same required skillset and I have started discussions with them with a view to undertake this in Clientco.

Question is, if they are taken on, should I contract them through my own Ltd company and in effect have the contract with them and the hassle that goes with that but add on £x to their rates or just let the Cliientco own this relationship and I stay independent ?

    Any useful comments appreciated.

sounds like an opportunity to add value, to your bottom line that is...you must have a good relationship with client co if you can offer another contractor under yr own company.

Take it for yourself and add a butty on.
I didn't say it was your ******* fault, I said I was blaming you!

In your situation I'd supply the 3rd party via MyCo Ltd with a small markup.

It would be a nice IR35 pointer that you're a business supplier not an employee as a bonus to the profit.

However doing this may make the FRS no longer beneficial (if you are in it), run the figures past your accountant.
