You remind me of a new labour stooge trotted out onto question time to defend the current governments appalling activities.Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone -
If you are "not all the same" why are you speeling out justification and excuses for what is deeply unprofessional behaviour. If a recruitment agent hasnt got any clients then get another job. If a recruitment agent wants to know if the market is picking up then get on the phone and call hiring managers. Sticking fictitious jobs on jobserve is lazy and dishonest.Originally posted by Recruitment Agent View PostWe are not all the same.. what the article was missing what the real motives are for doing this and it is not to have a good database it is purely messuring to see if the market is picking up, it is a terrible way of conducting business in the market place it looks like its the only way. If it makes contractors feel any better the industry has let go over half of the recruitment consultants in the market place but the unfortunate thing about it is the people that have been laid of are the morale people that actually did the job properly and not lie..Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyoneComment

I did catch that last night how cringing for the guy.Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostYou remind me of a new labour stooge trotted out onto question time to defend the current governments appalling activities.
The only way I conduct my business is by speaking to hiring managers thats only because I have been doing this for a long time where I originally was given enough time to do business the way I wanted to luckily for me its paid off. For the the newer consultant with no relationships has been given 12 weeks if lucky to put a deal on the board, they are working to the way I described earlier i am not justifying its right im pointing out thats what they have beeh harrassed to do from the their sweatshop style sales manager/MD or they are out.Comment
