30% is a massive cut and you will have been there 18 months which is long enough for a real contractor. Has your value devalued by 30% in that short time? Basically, they're telling you to leave and you should heed the message.

WHS - Chances are you will be canned once they have your knowledge anyway.Originally posted by Turion View Post30% is a massive cut and you will have been there 18 months which is long enough for a real contractor. 30% abroad is too much - probably wipes out ALL your profit for the year. You will end up working for nothing
Tell them NO and mean it.
Don't worry about it - you are being shafted anyway.
Remember - 7 months at £100 is worth 10 months at £70.
In other words - if you're canned at 7 months on the old rate - you'll have 3 months free - no expenses either.Comment
