    guys guys....

Donot get excited by this new wonder kid..<snip>

For me it looks like cunning idea from an agent/agency..I was trying to update past & present roles details there..Looks like I need to input my Line Manager's name /Email address in order to get any points/ranking...

So which ever agency have access here will definitely able to contact line managers direct...!!Rest ...we all know howthey will use them..

    So think twice...........

The agency who got me my latest gig and the agency who got me my last gig isn't on there. Ho hum.
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

May I give an honest opinion?

The use of light blue on that particular background is a bad idea. You are automatically discriminating against those with partial vision and some dyslexics, and therefore can be argued to be in breach of the DDA. Therefore I would suggest getting an independent company who specialises in website accessability to do a full audit on your website before it goes live.

The captcha thing... albeit good, I would not use the type of captcha system that has been implimented on the site, as it is difficult to read. Black on white is ok (I guess), unless you have colour sensativity problems (I forget the exact term off hand, and not it's not colour blindness). I would suggest finding a captcha that is slightly easier to read, even if it is black on white.

        That's just my 2p worth.

Darren - we're definitely NOT an agent / agency.......I promise.

Not that I’m against agencies or anything, but we didn’t setup the website for this purpose. The client’s details are used only to send an auto-email asking for feedback on your services.

          Cheers

This is good stuff, thanks pmeswani. I have to say, I'm not a huge fan of the recaptcha box either.

            All noted.

The "search jobs" box: difficult to read the grey font on white background and I want to be able to press enter to submit the form once criteria has been typed.

def not a good idea to put in previous name.....or do as I do - just enter Ben Chaud as the name for any line manager.

I use captcha on my webmail as it does reduce any possible spam bots trying to logon to my webmail. However, Captcha is now broken technology (can't remember where I read it off hand). Another thing, from a security stand point, I do hope you plan to introduce SSL / https for logons. I'm one of those people who don't like transmitting passwords in plain text.

Yep, SSL will be live shortly for login and Umbrella / ASP sign ups.

Both these two are on the developers 'to do'...

                      Cheers for the feedback
