I agreed to disagree and left to join Barclays, who are expensive (£18 per month) and only let you see the last 80 days of transactions online (Ha, Ha! That is so lame!), but they provide you with one of those RSA pin-reading calculator devices which you have to use to create third party payments, so in the light of my experience, the cost is acceptable.
    HSBC let you do all this for free now....

      Planning to ditch Cater allen and open a business direct account with HSBC which they say is free and much secure.As told by previous members, CA did refund the money quite quickly,but insisted that it is not from their side that the security breach happened.was thinking of opening an account with Abbey and now having second thoughts....A&l,Abbey and CA are all part of sanatander....so if they can hack CA using insider information then they might as well can do it to other banks i wud think.....
