Registering in an EU country after 3 months

I have a 6 months contract in Luxembourg, for various reasons I preferred to stay in a hotel (no hassle, good value for money, no headaches).

EU citizens have to register with local authorities after 3 months, but I don't see how this applies in my case as I don't have a permanent residence here. My question is: are there any problems if I stay for more than 3 months in the same place (the hotel where I'm staying). I am interested to know if anyone had problems with long stays in hotels, during contracts abroad.

    Thanks in advance,

    Victor

Vic, I don't have a SOH. To answer your question seriously though:

Yes you may run into problems. After 3 months in the same hotel you may get bored with the sameness of everything. Add some spontaneity by changing hotels every so often. Stick near down town and red light districts if you have (or develop) a tendancy for loneliness and booze. Then you will be
