I am in the happy situation of having been offered two contracts (living in Oz). It's decision time, and I need to knock one on the head...
a) Large multinational, contracting out of the Uk, I have been grooming this contract for a number of months and it is in final negociation stages (have contract in hand, need to arrange start date, duration, notice, etc.). It has taken ages to get to that point. Would involve a lot of travel, which I am not sure I want to do any more.
b) Government department, no travel, nice bunch of people, but pays about 10% less. Strong promise of renewals...
