    Interview expenses

Hi all, I went to an interview abroad and my agency paid the tickets. Just a bit curious here, do the agency actually pay the tickets or do they pass on the expenses to the client? Will the agency ever want the money back if I turn down an offer after the interview?

I went for an interview on the Isle of Man and I paid for the ticket but I claimed back the money when i started working. But the agent had told me I'd be able to claim my money irregardless of whether I agreed to the offer or not. Its not in the agent's DNA to pay for expenses, they will try to shove it on to someone else.
We’re given little to no time for proper analysis and design, and, when we ask management about hiring professional testers and setting up a QA process—well, I’ve seen deer in my headlights look less stunned

My travel costs for interviews abroad have always been paid by the client through the agent.
