        Obviously this will depend upon what the client/customer relationship is.

        How can we possibly answer this question on so little information.

        OT1H, the client could be Microsoft and the customer could be a retail purchasor of "Word".

        OTOH the client could be HP, providing support services to ABC Limited and the job at the customer could be "providing support services to ABC Limited".

        Or anything in between, you simply haven't told us!
