I'm a web editor by trade but am currently learning some basic TeamSite development - namely Templating. I have some technical knowledge but am not a developer so I don't want to go down the route of creating workflows, bespoke functionality, etc.
Anyone know if there's much of a market for a TeamSite developer who just does the templating side of it? Or for editors who can also do templating? What kind of rates are realistic?
