    Employment Contract with My LtdCo

    Newbie hat on!

Should i have an employment contract with my LtdCo or a Directors Service Agreement?

    Template or professionally written?

This is an unusual paragraph. I'm curious as to just how quickly you can find out what is so unusual about it. It looks so ordinary and plain that you would think nothing was wrong with it. In fact, nothing is wrong with it! It is highly unusual though. Study it and think about it, but you still may not find anything odd. But if you work at it a bit, you might find out. Try to do so without any coaching!

I don't have either of those within my Ltd Co. I very much doubt that HMRC will ask to see one, but if I am wrong.... I'll be happy to get mine done.
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

      Are you stalking me?

I read on another board that it could be a good indicator that you are outside IR35, i.e that you are employed by your ltdco etc.

It is early on a Sunday morning and I am not awake yet! Too much Xbox Live last night thats my excuse and I am sticking to it......

Seeing as you're director of the company and exercise full control, are presumably paid a salary, an official wriiten contract of employment is as much use as wet toilet paper. Written contracts are not even obligitory for real employees.

I don't do stalking. Stalking is for wimps.

IR35 investigations are based on where you carry out your services, rather than where your registered office / home location is.
