    Plan B Lease

I have the chance to buy a lease on a business (plan B)

What i don't understand is say the lease is for 10k and i can have multiples of 5 years up to 25 years max. If i wanted to make the lease 10 years would that cost me 20K or if i went with the 5 year lease at 10k when that expired would i have to pay another 10k ?

    Help required
Thats the way the cookie crumbles

When it expires you will pay the going rate.

Would it not be easier to ask the person/co. offering the lease? The best that anyone here could offer would be an educated guess.
