    direct contract template

    Anyone know of or have a direct contract template i could use for a direct client relationship?

    Any pitfalls i should look out for - i'm a direct virgin

        The obvious factor is if you are going "direct" to your client is that you check out their Liability Clause and be sure your Ltd Co is covered against any claim.
