    Lorien and IR35

    Just about to pick up a contract through Lorien (standard one), has anyone any experience of it's IR35 compliancy?

    There will be two of us under the same ltd company but individual contracts i assume.

    Why not get it reviewed by an expert from the likes of the PCG, QDOS etc al? It's hardly a lot of wonga to pay for peace of mind.

        I think I have read that B&C have a turnaround time of around 48 hours for urgent reviews.

            In the past QDOS have turned around mine the same afternoon.

              Just as an aside - it doesn't really matter how the contract is worded if it doesn't acurately reflect your working practises
