Just started looking for ASP.NET contracts. An agent told me the market is quiet right now. Just curious to find out what others have experienced looking for these types of contract?

Holiday seasons are always quiet, summer, Christmas and Easter can all be a bit of a pain if you're looking for a new gig.Comment

Hopefully it is just the time of year rather than the current financial situation!
I suppose we are not going to know the answer to that until around september/october and if we are still getting these kind of posts on here we'll know somethings up!

Planning a round the world trip in September next year - so I hope it picks
up as I could do with a nice six monther to take me over christmas. Mind you just finished a nice long term gig so now spending a bit & saving a bit mode.
FYI - There are quite a few ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET stuffs around in the south. east.Comment
