self employment company Vs Management company in Belgium

1. What are all the benifits would receive by opening a Self employmnet company compare to using a Management Company for running payroll.

2. Please let me know If you have come across agencies to support Self-employment enterprenuers in opening a company, taxation suggestions and social security payments handling, ...

I have worked in Belgium sometime back, but used Management company for payroll processing. But my ex-collegue suggesting me to go for self-emp company. Your suggestion would help me in taking decision.
