    From Technical To Network Support

    I need some advise,

    I have worked as a IT Contractor for many years in hardware/software support and helpdesk roles.

    I am looking to get into network admin and support. What advise can anyone give for the best entry into this route and the best roles to apply for to increase knowledge and experience.
