    Agency rates

    Anyone care to share what they think a "typical" agency rate is?

    Most contractors would like to think its 10-15%, but its probably more like 20-25%

      between 8% and 20%

      anything below 8% and your agency is being very very good to you
      anything above 20% and you should try to negociate it down at the first renewal stage

      guidelines only of course
