    Project Management Training Courses

I am currently looking to update my professional qualifications by looking at taking well reputed project management training courses. I have got my PRINCE2 Foudation and Pracitioner but was wandering whether any expeirenced project managers on this site could give me advice on ones which are well recognised and can support experience I am currently gaining.

I am currently working for a Central Government client as a Project Planner with 3 years project experience.

    Thank you.

    Hi there -

I highly recommend the PMP qualification from the PMI. Admittedly it's probably more recognised in the US than here, but it is gaining more exposure here as more companies want to base their projects on the PMBoK standards rather than Prince 2.

I've run projects using Prince 2, PMBoK and SDLC, and my preference is for the PMBoK standard. If you're looking for another qualification, go for the PMP.

    I hope that helps.
