    Anyone worked for Jaguar/Landrover?

Often get calls for gig’s at Jaguar but normally I am already in a contract, however as a finish the end of the month have agreed to have my CV submitted ( role starts end of May).

However the rate’s are much lower then my normal daily rate as a BA, however as the location is pretty local ,Gaydon in Warwickshire and hrs ( so I have been told) are flexible – thought this would be better then sitting on he bench waiting for a better rate.

Anyone else worked there or knows what they are like to work for? The always seem to have lots roles going begging!

I was a permie there for 3 years. They've always been big on contractors but right now with the Tata sale, demand for contractors is through the roof (stripping out Ford systems)

A large proportion of contracts get renewed

Nice facilities at Gaydon, just make sure you dont end up shuffled into Solihull.
