after recommendations

Just wanted to extend the question here... can anyone recommend any _wireless_ hard drives (or hard drive + router) I can just bolt on to my home network?
I'm geting tired of plugging in USB drives all the time and am looking for something that can just sit on a shelf I can use wireless.

The Apple TimeCapsule looks a good bet....it has some good features and you can bet it will be quiet and fast.

Do these drives come with any mirroring software, to save having to perform a complete backup every time? Or would you recommend any other software for that purpose?
