    Contract between you and your ltd??

    Does anyone here have an employment contract between themselves and their own company? I assume for the interests of IR35 it would be wise to have an employment contract between myself and the company with start dates and duties. I would assume just because I'm also the company director doesn’t mean I don’t need an employment contract

    Any comments??
