I have tried to deal with them 3 times in the last few months.
a) Perfect match advertised: could not get hold of the agent despite emailing / applying online / phoning / leaving messages repeatedly for days. Gave up.
b) A very good match advertised: agent refused to put me forward because I was 'overqualified'. (That job continued to be advertised for a while). (I suspect my date of birth was the real issue here.)
c) Spoke to agent about a role. He was VERY interested this time. Would put me forward. (I did not apply for the same role I saw advertised elsewhere.) Never managed to get hold of agent again.
Communication appears to be an issue with them. Other than that, never managed to get any experience! Personally, I won't be bothering with them again.
Drivelling in TPD is not a mental health issue. We're just community blogging, that's all.
