    Using Multiple companies for tax avoidance.

    What if you use multiple companies for your contracts . As soon as company’s Corp Tax /dividends are making you paying the higher band tax , you simply do the next contracts ( provided you do about 3 -4 contracts per year ) using the other company ?

    Don't tell me corp tax is flat ( 20 % ? ) and the divident treshhold ( the one where u start paying 25 or so % ) is on a personal basis rather than per company ?
