    Employment Advice

I'm an IT contractor and have my own limited company, but it's just me.

At the moment my client (the only one i have/need) has basically given me a good 18 months extra work, which is great news.

My question is, do i bring somebody else on board and try to expand the business?

At the moment it would be easy to plod on and take all the money for myself, however i could in theory bring someone in with me, pay them a decent salary and still make a fair amount of money from them. Is this a wise move?

Is it better to take on a contractor or go permanent? Ideally i could pay around 20-25k per year for say somebody with a couple of years experience on a 6 month contract, safe in the knowledge that i can afford that.

Anybody else has the same senario and could offer any advice.

    Many thanks
    Rob
