    I quite happy for you to prove me wrong on point 2, but I'm not expecting it to happen.

    well, by sheer accident, i might have an answer to number 2 soon, but yes, agree about the margin bit. i'm looking for some "been there, done that" advice as i don't want to have someone on board, then have the agent go "we're not interested in the substitution, we'll find our own person" and have it all fall to pieces. in any event, have to keep scratching my head a bit longer about it.
