Right of Substitution - a few questions

I was making a serious point.

This board is (probably) as good as you are going to get. Going somewhere else is not likely to find you someone who can answer your question.

This tells me two things:

1) No-one on this board has done this (and very likely no-one knows someone who has)

2) Finding a sub is likely not going to be easy (hence my previous comment about not expecting to get a margin out of the deal).

I quite happy for you to prove me wrong on point 2, but I'm not expecting it to happen.

well, by sheer accident, i might have an answer to number 2 soon, but yes, agree about the margin bit. i'm looking for some "been there, done that" advice as i don't want to have someone on board, then have the agent go "we're not interested in the substitution, we'll find our own person" and have it all fall to pieces. in any event, have to keep scratching my head a bit longer about it.
