    European Consulting Company, UK Contract, UK Ltd

    Any one ever done any work for a European company that is being paid by a UK customer? Anything fancy need to be done as far as the contract between the contractor's UK Ltd and the European Co especially with regards to IR35?

    It's going to cost vastly in legal/accountant fees isn't it...
