Same job advrt repeatedly posted

I am applying for the positions by searching for latest jobs.
I have noticed that some advertisements have been reposted by the Agency, so what happens if an application is submitted twice for the same position?

make sure you get confirmation from the agent when they put you forward, and get a reference number for the position. That way when agent 2 wants to put you forward you know to prevent this.
