What I mean by benefits is:
Non receipt able expenses per day of
Hotel-ing in London for a week £95 per night
Evening Meal £11
Mileage readings £40 approx
Lunch £7
Personal Expenses £5
Sounds like that one's gonna hurt...Comment

It is amazing how many morons ask for advice then stick thier fingers in thier ears and scream "I'm not listening, that's not what I want to hear" when it is given.....
I really hope IR does an investigation on this guy and teaches him a little lesson about tax evasion and fraud.Comment

It looks as though you need a bit more useful advice than has been offered here to date.
To my mind, you seem a little naive with regard to how an umbrella company operates.
This will leave you open to problems much further down the road.
Please take a moment to review the very useful umbrella information that you'll find here and on the PCG website.
Make sure that you really know what you're trying to do and whether an umbrella really offers you what you want.
But, remember this...

Every time I called prosperity 4 about this they say that the get 'special' allowances, hence the 6% charge. Even when you fill in their on line expense form, when you’re automatically redirected to the receipts form at the end, to 'check box' what receipts to send them, it ignores all hotel/car/daily expenses but includes the list for phone calls or flights/ trains etc.
Wouldn’t like to praise P4 but wouldn’t mind if some other P4 contractor came online and agreed with this.....
can we discuss prosperity4 in private as I am now intending legal action against them. <mod>contact details removed. you wouldn't want the spam. please use PMs instead. will ask admin to upgrade your account so you can send/receive PMs</mod>
speak to you sson.
