    Aston Carter

Have a good chance for a contract through Aston Carter.

Anyone here working through them ? How is their contract IR35 wise ? Easy to negotiate changes ? Payments on time ? etc.

    Thanks for your inputs.

I've never worked through them, but my dealings with reps has always been quite good.

What sort of contract is it (tech and duration) if you don't mind me asking?

My dealings with the individual agents including the current one, are pretty good ... But not sure how things will be when it comes to the contract and legal points ...

The contract is 6 months for a datawarehouse project ... Had a telephonic conversion with the client last week and hoping to meet in person this week ...

I worked through them for 2 years, and never had a problem with them. Always paid promptly and had IR35 friendly contracts. Not sure what more you could want from an agency really, once a gig has been secured.

Thanks RightLaugh and Pickle2 ... Did you have to negotiate and change any terms in the contract ? Were they open to that ?

Neil, Thanks for giving your input ... Can you please share your experince ?
