Hi,

Anyone had any experience with ECRM people? I had an agent this morning trying to shift me a contract, and when I asked for location details he went all snotty and `don't worry then`.

hardly professional - but what I have come to expect.

hardly professional - but what I have come to expect.

After a few calls that offered a low rate for a vague contract, or REQUIRED 2 references before proceeding, I ignore them now.
