I've had 5 calls based on my linkedin profile and connections so far this this week, seems to have recently taken off - got lots more invites and stuff in the last few months before that it seemed stagnant.

I've also had a few leads of late from LinkedIN - been on there for years but seems to have just started to pick up.... (I have upgraded from free to paid business membership and seems to be paying off)
Also worth having a look at Zubka and Cynanto - both are quite new but worth registering as they're both free. Zubka is a networking referral based site that pays commission for referrals. Cynanto is basically a directory where clients can come and get you directly to avoid agency costs. (I recently used a discount code from ecademy, not sure if it will still work though... http://www.ecademy.com/module.php?mod=list&lid=68049)
Also monster seems to drive some decent gigs my way, though I also get a lot of speculative agency calls from there...Comment

1. upload your CV to cwjobs and linkedin
2. sit back and wait for the phone to start ringing.
... it won't take long.
