You do get more experienced when talking to agencies. Once I've made my mind up about the person I'm talking to - I either give details of friends who need a gig OR give them made up company names and people who I worked for - always good to hear them frantically writing down the details AND even better when they say "oh yes I know him!!!"

EBs are not out to woo their candidates with chocolates and roses with possible church bells ringing in the distance and a happy ever after.
