    Leaving Giant

My final contract through Giant finishes tomorrow. Ltd. starts trading Monday.
Is it just a case of pressing the P45 button on the Giant portal, or are there any other leaving formalities?

I remember reading some posts about people who had problems?!

Make sure you have you last payment from them first, print off any info you have or may need infuture, pay slip. divi allowances etc. As they close down your log-in and have told me I won't be getting the £5 I paid for the share I bought when I Joined, as the powerhouse company will still be used by others.

I told the to stuff it, I will be well rid next week, last payment from them tomorrow.

Keep the share, also tell them [ after you have left ] that as a shareholder you expect to get a full Annual Report every year, and have the option of attending their Annual Shareholders Meeting - that should get you your fiver back.

If you've paid for a share, they can't take it off you - you can only sell it back to them

I am still in the process of getting out of Giant, they are promising to confirm details (end date) to the Agency, but despite several phone calls and e-mails they are still not doing what they promised.
I will be very glad to get away from them.

I wish I had done my research better last year when I decided to join them.

If anyone else is considering joining Giant - Dont !

If you haven't already, sign of a new contract with your EB with a start date to suit. Have the EB e-mail giant with a termination of contract.

Wait till giant have paid your last wage and apply for the P45.

I have kept the totally in the dark and they will get the termination after I get my last pay, they can't feck up or hold onto your money after they have paid you it.
