    IR 35 Friendly

    Hi

I'm relatively new to the world of contracting, just setup my own ltd this month after using a Brolly since October. After looking thorugh my contract, its going to be pretty hard to argue that this will fall outside IR35. My contract is up in Sept 07 although I will be doing other work in between for two other companies whilst I'm with my current. Does the fact I'll be carrying out work for mulitple companies at the same time help me get outside of IR35 or is that just wishful thinking?

IR35 is per contract - so you could be inside for your main contract but the others may be in or out.

Thanks for reply. One more question, if I was to get my main contract checked over byt B+C and they made suggestions as to how to take the contract outside IR35 whats the normal response from clients? Apolgoies for all the questions on a first visit but every contractor I work with seems to take the ostrich approach to IR35....
