    Acceptance of a contract...

So my current agency are being <insert bad word> and refusing to send me a signed copy of my contract as they client hasn't signed theirs yets etc etc...

Now I a) got paid today and b) have been working there for 2 weeks which to me would indicate they have accepted the contract so why are they refusing to send a signed one?

I was under the impression that me starting could be taken as acceptance of the contract.

Well, that's my understanding to. I'd like to know if it's not, I've never signed my contract and I've been there since October!!!!!

yes, if both parties are demonstrably working to a contract (e.g. one's supplying and the other's paying), it's as good as signed. Strange that they won't sign the paper!

Thats what I thought. So other than delaying my mortgage application and putting £500 on the line they are not acomplishing anything.

        Cheers
