Having a torrid time with Manpower (Jefferson Wells), endless payroll errors and refusal to fix them, late payments and now refusing to reply to emails or return calls.

where do I go with this short of binning the contract altogether.

If the payroll errors are tax errors then they will be sorted out when you do your self assessment next year.

If they are screwing over your pension contributions e.g. making you pay too much NI then find a new contract and go.

I know this doesn't help, but had a torrid time with them as well. Their onboarding process was a joke - had a migration from another agency (same client) and you would think we were working for Los Polos Hermanos
