I'm on one of the aforementioned scheme, and am finding now that given recent MSC legislation, many end clients and agencies are simply blacklisting anything that isn't a vanilla limited company.
Therefore regardless of the legal stance, everything non ltd, becomes ineffective and not usable, thus we'll all be back on Ltd company or permie in due course - Forced that way by parties other than HMRC.
Sigh... i hate paperwork...
