Some job adverts I've received via email say they are inside while others say they are outside."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Anyone actually started on a government project deemed to be outside yet? With CL1 etc I would have thought all or most will be inside, unless it's a very specialised role (where no equiv perm position exists).
Interestingly I know one person who's been with pubby sector client for 10 years yet currently seems to be outside (not heard yet). Maybe this rule is being applied favourably to some, just a suggestion not a fact.
If they start putting some roles outside to attract staff that's just daft and unfair but would be typical of the public sector.Comment
