My situation - been on a bit of a roll the last few years so not really been looking that much during that time, then relocated and had a year off (as the pop stars do) and just started dipping my toe in the water a bit to see what's occurring. Seems noticable - and it may be my field, tech author for my sins - but most of the contracts seem to be coming in at 6 months, whereas they were nearly always three the last time I looked seriously. Just wondering if this is a sea change in IT/contracting/IR35 thing or just coincidence?
