Are you paid weekly or weakly?

Ask yourself a quick question - would you pay more for him

so as the opt-out isn't valid because you were already on site, tell the agency they need to pay you immediately and pursue it with the client. They will of course pay up and refuse to deal with the client ever again

I had a similar case a few year ago.

I pointed out to the agent I wasn't opted-out so they needed to pay me. They threatened the client with legal action, the client authorised my time sheet and the agency paid up.

And the client still pretends they got rid of me due to incompetent, when I actually turned down the renewal they offered me due to their horrid behaviour towards people who worked for them and their blatant lies to the client.

I bet you don't have loads of emails proving your case.

I always keep contracts even when I turn them down. Just in case.
