You mean, you know what will help contractors and you don't want to give it out? Common, don't be shy. You wouldn't be spending your valuable time in cuk if you weren't helpful.

NLUK gave an example of this being tried before and not working.

I also personally knew someone who tried this before and it didn't work. In his case it was his last 8 or so years before retirement.

The problem I know both had is the type of roles they could find and the type of skills the contractors had didn't match.

This thread appears ever 3 - 6 months. So far nobody has every put forward an alternative model that stood up to more than 10 seconds of scrutiny.

So I figure the answer is : No.
