wish there's a way to report these recruitment companies like bulling in social media..

The means of production and distribution appear to remain in private ownership, so your panic may be premature.

ATS is the Devil's work. Particularly so when it's been badly implemented. One can try to make a CV ATS proof, but there's always another more incompetently deployed ATS out there.
The other common issue sits between the ATS and the client.

I responded to an ad yesterday, got hold of the agent on Linkedin, and he gave me his direct number.

Called him up, and he said he was going through CVs using CTRL+F and looking for keywords manually.
He did this with my CV and said he doesn't get enough matches of the words the client gave him (they mean nothing to him at all).

Updated my CV by adding a few more occurences, he ran CTRL+F again and he seemed pleased with that. Forwarded my application to client.

Indeed. I am fed up of seeing the Joseph Harry fake ad rubbish every single day with high rates.
However, I don't apply to theirs because I have had a bad taste of these similar high rate fake job posts from one other rubbish agency called Intec Select... Bloody fake job posters.

Intec Select wasted quite a bit of my time, by luring me into applying for a very high rate roles (one based in UK, one other with a Singapore client, etc.), claiming to pay 700 per day, 100% remote, Outside IR35 (all these bits in bold in their fake job ads). I should have guessed easily that there was something dodgy about these ads by them, but unfortunately fell for it - desperation!

If only we could report these fakers to an authority... but they are not regulated at all I guess. Shameful.
UK feels like a 3rd world country every day, nowadays

Its shameful to see that the ClientCos are totally trusting shelf-stacking pimps with their CTR+F tricks,in order to get the ClientCo's next best IT contractor.
              Crazy!

It's clear the client is not happy with your work and you're on your way out.

                    I hope you applied.

the end client needs more of me, and is obviously finding it difficult
