On big client with a single PSL it should be 6-8%. Medium client with a few on PSL anywhere between 10-16%. Smaller agency with very few contractors on site then anything above that depending on how big your balls are.
Also depends on rate as well. Maybe higher percents for lower rates. He gonna have to take a bigger cut from 200 a day than 800 a day to make it worth it.
That's a rough thought but the size of your balls makes a big difference.
