    Thank You All

Thank you all ever so much for your help.

We have found someone and I'm certain that but for your generous words of encouragement it wouldn't have happened.

    Keep the good cheer coming.

No, seriously: I doubted (without knowing the case) whether anything useful as you described could be done in that time. I don't care personally because I just don't take these real shorties any more: too many of them are wildly more demanding than is justified by the time/budget available.

But if your reputation is involved, you might want to know:
Who specified the work? Is it really specified?
Was it the same person who estimated the time needed?
Do they know what they're talking about? Did they tell you precisely enough for you to advertise properly?

If it really is just as described, good luck to you and the contractor.
