....hey guys, I've just got my first contract through from the agency and I'm suprised to find that it lists nothing with regard to the work I will be carrying out?!?? Stange I thought; I guess though that at least confirms that I will be caught by IR35, but do you not normally at least see a role description??

None of my contracts have listed my work, barring in a title. That says nothing about status. Some of them pass more easily than others. Talk to a professionalComment

It may be the case that your contract details your general relationship with the agency and the end client.Originally posted by kirk....hey guys, I've just got my first contract through from the agency and I'm suprised to find that it lists nothing with regard to the work I will be carrying out?!?? A description of your work, how much you are paid, start and end date etc. is in a separate schedule. Such a schedule is part of the contract, actually.Comment
