Is it normal to have 3 interviews for a short term contract ????
Might just be me but I tend to find that the longer recruitment goes on for a contract the worse it is for me. Then again, someone has to be successful I suppose.
A Hiring Manager that puts on this kind of beauty parade is doing some serious ass covering. He / She wants to be able to say, you cant blame me he is tulip - you all interviewed him.
That, plus one person could attend interview due to 'crisis' would make me keep looking.
