        I am thinking that these two are contracting under the holding company they have and have actually done what nearly every contractor has thought about which is getting a piece of the recruiting marlarky so kinda fair play to them if that is the case.... Just maybe not executed terrifically. Yes I'd say avoid on the face of it but to be fair they have put their money where their mouth is and giving it a go.

        Still wouldn't touch it with a barge pole though lol..

          A cretin I worked with a few years ago did that, and every so often I get emails from people that work for the agency. I wouldn't go anywhere near them, but on the plus side if he's doing that then at least he won't be marketing himself as a "senior principle hybird CRM consultant" any more.

          The downside could be the end to the lucrative contracts I used to get cleaning up after him.
